I’m trying to upload a handful of sound effects for my game but they either get flagged or false dmca, one being a stock police muffled siren sound.
Expected behavior
I expect the sounds to be uploaded or at least know why they aren’t being uploaded..

usually there is a reason for the failure,
(also you got 10x2 more video uploads because .wav’s are totally [not] videos)
Bump, I seriously need to upload some of those sounds.

Your sounds were flagged by our content identification partner as infringing on other uploaded content. Although we believe this to be an error, we do not yet have an automated fix for this issue at this time. We’ll keep you informed as we make progress on the issue.
