Hey. I’m having an issue with Roblox direct chat.
There are certain users I can’t send messages to. When I try to send a message, it fails and only shows an error without explaining what the error is. When I open the conversation, the previous chat history is also completely blank even though we had messages before.
This is not related to age groups. If users were in different age groups, messages could still be sent but would just not appear for the other user. In this case, I can’t send the message at all.
It also doesn’t seem to be device-related, since the same issue happens on every device I log in from.
