Unable to use increased limits for Robux transfers

Documentation claims “Users with 2-Step Verification enabled and in good standing are eligible for an increased transfer limit of 5,000 Robux a day and 10,000 Robux a month”

I have 2-step verification enabled and as far as I’m aware I’m in good standing - have been able to devex…

However, my settings show I am only eligible for the lower tier limits.

I have been on Roblox since 2009 so unsure how there is not enough “purchase” history.

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to use the higher limits.

Hi there are some requirements for limit to be increased besides the 2-Step Verification, account age and some other factors, for example the purchase cannot be too old for your last purchase.

So I am unable to use the higher limit because I have not purchased Robux? What about the Robux i’ve earned from development? I cannot send them?

I have the same issue, seems a bit ridiculous for me to be required to purchase Robux to get access to higher limits taking in consideration I get enough Robux from payouts from my games.
