Issue: My account was previously ID Verified, and the account age hit 18 yesterday August 1st. I noticed there was a “Reset” button, so out of curiosity I clicked the reset button. And it removed the verified ID from my account.
Upon attempting to reverify my account, it has repeatedly failed “due to security reasons” despite a successful verification on Persona.
This IS identical to [this post] (Unable to Complete ID Verification After Accidental Removal), however, since it was locked and marked as “Fixed” (when it isn’t for me) I was unable to bump the post so I am making a new post.
Visual Aids:
On computer it says “It could not be verified”. On mobile it says that it cannot be verified due to security reasons.
Expected behavior
I expect it to verify my ID since persona originally succeeded. Id also expect the reset button not to appear since I was ID verified.
