Unable to view results of previously run ads on the UGC Sponsored Ads page

Last Monday, I ran sponsored ads for 31 UGC items, but currently the dropdown on the Sponsored Ads page is disabled, so I can’t check the ad results.

Additionally, the Create Sponsored Ad button is also disabled.

It seems like this might be a bug that occurred after the Ads Manager update. Could you please look into it?
