Hello, so recently i got unfairly banned on my main account “stas2012ggk” for exploiting when i didnt actually do anything, so basically for a while someone other than myself was using my account without my concern and apparently was exploiting which resulted in me getting banned,

i feel like this is really unfair since i didnt actually do anything wrong and about an hour before the ban i maanaged to get the hacker locked out of my account (changed my password and logged the hacker our of my account), i feel like i deserve to get unbanned but everytime i tried to appeal they said this: “Thank you for contacting us about this issue. Your account was correctly banned for using unapproved 3rd party software. The penalty for this offense will not be changed.” this: “we recognize that some consequences are the result of unauthorized account access, and we may remove the consequence as circumstances allow.” or this “Your account status is in connection to Roblox’s anti-cheat detections. We cannot remove the current action on your account.” which as you may have guessed didnt help me at all, if you are a moderator and you are reading this right now please help me get unbanned, this is really important for me, one of the reasons why i really want to get unbanned is that basically a few days before the ban i purchased a battlepass gamepass for 499 robux in “tower defense simulator” which gives me acces to a special battlepass which i need to complete before 30th august or else my robux would be wasted and no this gamepass isnt refundable.

1: i got unfairly banned because a hacke was exploiting on my account
2: i purchased a non refundable battlepass gamepass which expires in 20 days
3: its really important for me to get unbanned aand if you are a mod reading this please help me
and thats basically it, i really hope i’ll get any help on forum unlike the support, also if fully unbanning me wouldnt be possible i would REALLY REALLY and again REALLY aprecciate it if you could atleast unban me for 10 days and then ban me again, thank you. my dude was trying to use dex explorer on [WORLD 0] game , imean roblox it is doing it jop banning expoliters and you account used it what you think will happend ,the only thing idont understand is 6 months ban my first time seen 6 months ban
as for the 6 months ban isee that lil much if you get banned for hacking ones it seems to me this not first time you hacked that why it is 6 months it used to be 14 days
im pretty sure i included this in the post but still, i got a few weird bans for a few days over the past few months but i didnt pay attention to it as i thought that i actually did something wrong and actually deserved the ban, sometimes i just didnt know that i got banned because i was away, i did get banned once for hacking before after doing a glitch in ink game that lets me phase through walls but all of the other bans were just voice chat or normal ingame chat bans
i just checked it and it was infact world 0, but its not the game’s name, the game in mind is rex reincarnated and world 0 is just an update, atleast i think so, i never played this game before btw, i only heard about it like a year ago from my classmate who was playing it.
yeah, i got the ban almost a month ago so hopefully they can atleast unban me for 10 days since i still have a battlepass to finish in “TDS” aka “Tower Defense Simulator” which expires (finishes) at 31st or basically in 10 days.
oh and i forgot to mention that i never got the 14 days ban, atleast i think so since i was away for almost a month so i had no idea what was happening with my account in that time period, as i already told u i only got a 1 day ban once for doing a glitch.
Was your account used for exploiting? You don’t deny that !
No matter who used your account to do so, it could be you, one of your siblings or relatives, a complete stranger etc
Still, your account was maliciously used. It is not the platform’s responsibility to ensure your account is safe. If you give your password to someone else, don’t protect your account with 2fa or whatever thing you didn’t do, that’s mostly on you
i never gave my account to anyone, i already mentioned it in the post that a hacker got onto my account, i never denied that my account was used for exploiting and i did manage to get the hacker logged out of my account in the end.
My point isn’t that you gave your account, you probably did an action that allowed that person to get into your account. Whatever it is, my point still remains : your account was used for malicious activities.
I understand the frustration behind all that, and I hope they would give you less of a punishment, but the scenario you gave is kind of “your casual scenario 101 for beginners”, because
it looks like it happens a lot, and people fall for scams (which is a fair statement)
people who actually tried to exploit give the hacker excuse to get a softer punishment
What you have to understand here is that yes, this hacker thing may have happened to you, but with no certainty at all. That means you may just have been making this story up to try to get a softer punishment. I’m not saying you did, but I have encountered so many people that did that while moderating for a game.
i didnt make this story up, i wasnt even at home by the time i got banned, i was in a summer camp, the reason i saw that i got hacked was that my friend asked me if i wanted to play a game in roblox while i was in the summer camp i told him that i cant and he told me that someone is using my account, then i checked my roblox home page and i had alot of games i never played before, i got the hacker logged out of my account buto on the next day i got banned, the reason why i got hacked is still unkown, the only possible thing that could have happened is that my sister got onto my pc somehow (even tho she doesnt know the password) and was using my roblox account to exploit.
Under Roblox Settings → Security there’s a list of devices that your account has been logged in on, including times and locations. Would be helpful to share which of these sessions was used by the hacker when it comes to proving that you were indeed hacked.
