So on September 15th I got terminated for a random texture (Asset ID:91785582188310) I can no longer see that was supposedly linked to terrorism/extremism.
I am a ugc creator who uploads bundles, accessories, and emotes that follow roblox’s rules, I know for a fact I never uploaded a texture that was associated with terrorism/extremism and roblox wont show what the texture was only the name of it which could be anything because I’ve uploaded so many, this has to be a ai mistake.
I submitted an appeal 7 days ago on September 16th (support ticket 182479268) and roblox still hasn’t responded even though its been a week and normally they reply to my support tickets in 2-3 days, this has been hard mentally as I had so much value in assets on my account and consistent group funds from my ugc’s all wiped.
Roblox please see my appeal ticket and work with me also please give me a human not ai to help with this.
Has anyone else been banned for a similar reason or know what I can do about this situation? Are there any roblox staff I can reach out to?
