So, i’m making a type of gate, and my last model of it was pretty bad because of the gaps, so now i’m trying to union.
First attempt of it.
In that image, the (3) parts that’s away from the main part is just a copy but with the front and back extended by a increment to prevent some issues.
When trying to union, I take the (3) parts mentioned earlier and copy it, and then negate it, and yeah.
That happens, i don’t know why.
(ADDITION) when doing union again while that is there, 2 lines would appear where the wedge and the part connected.
Any tips on how to fix this thing?
It looks like you’re experiencing the floating-point errors which are incredibly small decimals that the computer mistakenly rounded inaccurately from the whole number. Try working with the union as close as possible to the workspace’s origo, or 0, 0, 0 in Vector3.
Otherwise, there are some other technicality, try using a plugin(I think it was made by stravant) that aligns itself to resize, or was there actually a plugin that allows you aligning parts?

It was already close to the workspace’s origo, but I tried putting it to 0,0,0 anyway.
To reproduce it, have 2 wedges at the size 5,5,5 and a part at the size of 5,5,5
Make sure the wedges are being dragged to the part’s sides.
have a part at the size of 56.6, 11.6, 5
Try unioning the 2 wedges and part to that.
Try un-unioning the union and then use the latter suggested solution. Maybe add a fourth part below the base to avoid the strange thin part of it.
