Yes, universes are good for making places that are teleported to in order, but it annoys me that we can only make 1 lobby place, and that we cannot bunch multiple groups together, and make a main system to teleport to each place, as well as making it possible to teleport to the place via play button at the same time.
What I want is to be able to make multiple “Lobby” places. Or rather, we could keep one lobby place, but allow us to configure the place to let people join a specific place in the universe via play button, rather than only via teleport.
I’m working on a war group base, and we were planning on having a hub system, with a cool SciFi planetary display that allows you to “Warp” to the different facilities.
But to make it straightforward and not confusing, as well as to support shared data stores, we want people to also be able to join the game directly, without having to be teleported.
Familiar system – would also be nice if we could include places created by other people in our universe. I remember seeing a tab for other users’ places in the universe beta screenshots by njay, but it seems the feature didn’t make the final cut.
I just want to link this for further clarification, and to show that I’m actually kind of reliant on being able to use others’ places in a universe. If I can only use my places in the universe, I won’t be able to use the DS to communicate with Alianor 3, owned by SONIC, to detect raids, queue for specific servers, etc, or I would have to give him my other places in the hub.
Couldn’t you just use place-to-place teleporters in the hub, but have the places they teleport to not in the game, so they can be joined directly from the website?

It’s much better if they can all be labeled as the same place, so that all the places are connected with badges, gamepasses, points, etc.
Idea 1: You can set multiple lobies in a universe/game.
Idea 2: Any game that is active can be entered directly. And inactive game follows the normal ‘join from lobby first’ rule.
