Unjustified termination of my main account & all groups, well over 10,000,000 Robux lost

I understand that the DevForum is not the place to garner staff attention, but I have no other option. It has been a month now, and any new support tickets I open will simply be ignored.

This is my main account, @GamesLarge. It held all of my Robux, limiteds, games, and UGC, and it was my sole source of income.

While I’ve tried appealing through Roblox Support, I only received an inconsistent response, which ironically included a grammatical error:

Ridiculous but you can see an obvious copy paste in their response, I doubt they even looked into my case. All further interactions with Roblox Support led to this same message:

Support stated that my group was involved. However, the issue is that I only ever received 2 payouts from that group: a small initial payout of ~9k Robux (which I spent on ads), and a 2nd payout of 25k Robux. The last payout I received was after my final purchase, and I have never spent these Robux.

Since I’m not in the Top Engaging Experiences server, I tried contacting DevRel through a friend. They were told that DevRel won’t disclose any information to a third party due to policy and nothing was resolved.

Up to this date, the trigger for my termination remains unknown. Since Roblox refuses to share it, losing my appeal to Support feels like a foregone conclusion.

Support our thread too:

I’m in the process of filing an MIDR letter, but I’d like to continue fighting to at least find out what caused the termination.

If anyone knows what else I could try or can help resolve this, I’d really appreciate it.

I keep trying to contact DevRel directly, but it’s like shouting into the void. It feels like if you aren’t the size of Dobig, Jandel or BIG Games, you are treated as a complete nobody.

I have emailed Devrel a long time ago, didnt hear anything back. I don’t think they even check that mail

I’ve contacted them in the TEE server (Top Engaging Experiences) through my friend in the server, but they just told us that the case was escalated, but they won’t share any details with a third party due to their policy.

In reality, we never received a single response from the internal team who was supposed to review it.

How long ago did they tell you that it was escalated?

What makes this even more ridiculous is the fact that one of the terminated groups had 7 members and 0 Robux in it. But Roblox claims it was involved…

All the groups owned by me were locked, so it doesnt have to be direct involvement in WHATEVER they are claiming

Exactly the same pattern appears to occur for many studios and large creators on X. And if you aren’t a creator making 6 figures a month from Roblox, there isn’t a single way to get help from DevRel.

Even my game with 10k+ CCU and 4/6 stats past the 90th-99th percentile, while the other 2/6 are in the 70th-80th range, is apparently ineligible for Top Engaging+ invite.

I dont belive this is just for people with high income games. I belive the AI at roblox flags things randomly for arbitrary reasons. With our case, I belive that it just bans you for even having the slightest touch with anything related to off platform selling.

If we assume that Roblox is broke and has nothing to pay developers with, then it makes sense. The AI gets certain settings, searches for developers with large amounts of money on their accounts, and looks for the slightest opportunity to moderate the game. After that, the developer is deprived of the opportunity to withdraw money and all the funds earned by him become candy wrappers. That explains a lot.
