Unreleased (and unneeded) translation feature

Just today I saw a few icons change around the forum, and I noticed this:

My suggestion is to either:

• Not release it until a proper Azure key is provided:
  
  
• Not add a translation button to a 99% English forum.

Please refresh, it’s fixed now. It was inadvertently turned on by default after a forum upgrade.

In my case, it keeps appearing in the main announcements, indicating in Spanish that I am not authorised to translate. Restarting the cache does not work.
