Unsearchable Experience + Reduced Exposure → 250 CCU to 20 (Severe Drop, No Response)

My experience (Universe ID: 7967926886) is currently unsearchable and marked with “Reduced Exposure across Home, Search, and Charts.”

I’m currently experiencing a serious issue related to reduced exposure across Home, Search, and Charts.

Since receiving this warning, the experience’s performance has dropped drastically.

Impact:

“Active players dropped from around 250 concurrent users to ~20”
“Revenue has decreased sharply”
“The experience is no longer reaching new players”

This was not a gradual decline — the drop happened suddenly after the exposure reduction notice.
I have already tried improving the experience and following best practices, but there has been no recovery at all.

I also submitted a report in the appropriate category (Bug Report > Discovery Content Quality), but I have not received any response from a staff member—only automated replies so far.

Additionally, I contacted support directly, but again only received automated responses without any real solution.

From what I’ve seen, other developers have faced similar issues and had them resolved after review, which makes me believe this may be unintended or requires manual investigation.

Expected behavior

I expect that my experience can be reviewed manually, or escalated to someone who is able to properly investigate and resolve the issue.

Ideally, I would like clarification on why exposure was reduced and whether this can be corrected, so the experience can return to normal visibility.
