My experience was suddenly marked with the notice “Your experience has reduced exposure across Home, Search, and Charts”, which immediately caused a major drop in CCU.
I first reported this issue on March 19th, and since then I’ve submitted multiple follow‑ups, but I still haven’t received any meaningful response only automated replies.
The first ticket reference I received was 163773803, yet no proper investigation or clarification has been provided.

Because the restriction happened abruptly and support has not offered any real answers, I believe this requires a manual review to confirm whether the exposure reduction was applied correctly.
Expected behavior
The experience should be reviewed manually so the exposure status can be verified and corrected if it was applied in error.
If everything were working properly, the game wouldn’t remain restricted for nearly two months without clear feedback, especially after being fully rescripted to meet community standards.
The experience should have normal visibility across Home, Search, and Charts, and ads should be allowed to run as the current restriction prevents me from creating ads and has caused a significant drop in CCU.
