Talewind is a brand new professional UK mobile games studio, breathing adventure into the metaverse. Our mission is to create incredibly fun and engaging gaming experiences that last a lifetime. We recently completed the Roblox Spring Accelerator 2021, having an awesome time and making great progress on our first game - Breezy Bay!

As a Community Manager, your day to day will look like:
- Building and nurturing our community of players, ensuring that our community is enchanted and excited about our game;
- Understand Roblox’s viral nature, developing effective, creative grassroot community development strategy;
- Shaping and managing our Discord channel as a key hub for player acquisition, support and engagement;
- Identifying groups, content creators, forums and alternative channels in which we can be present, develop a relationship and deliver creative ideas on how to build and grow our community;
- Creating influencer strategies that drive player acquisition and brand awareness;
- Tracking community sentiment, feedback. Compiling weekly community reports that meet business objectives.
As a member of the Talewind team you care about the little details that make all the difference, shaping the games we create and bringing joy to our players. You love collaborating with others and articulate your ideas and solutions effectively. You are proactive and curious, with a drive to better not only the studio and our working practices but also the world around us.
As our first Community Manager you will play an instrumental role in building excitement and anticipation for our first game, keeping our player-base engaged and active. You will demonstrate and share passion for our game and community by acting as an advocate for players as well as the development team. You will find creative and effective ways to build and nurture our community, leveraging the uniqueness of Roblox.
We think you’ll do great if you have…
- A proven experience building an engaged community within Roblox and beyond
- Mastering social channels and tools such as Discord, Youtube, and Twitter
- Experience working with influencers, especially on YouTube
Nice to have…
- Approaches challenges with curiosity, creativity and viral mindset
- Self-starter with ability to deliver exceptional results when working remotely
- Passion for video games and deep interest in games culture

Payment
Salary of £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
