Usually around 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST do the waves occur

the wave might not be over yet, this like just happened less than 5 minutes ago.
Sadly I’m pretty sure it is, as the waves are basically instant and I checked everyone here and they all have it now, so I basically did get skipped, I believe someone said they check for eligibility the previous month before the wave.
