Hey guys, DBReinitialized here!
Some of you may know me from my wacky “administrative suites” threads, feature requests, or even from an old collab with DataBrain called Dread. Most likely, you don’t know me. Anywho, after several years of tinkering on the platform, I am looking to recruit awesome champs to form a development group dubbed “Dreambox Studios”! I’ll try to post everything you might wanna know here … but please feel free to ask questions I may have missed!
About me
Before I go any further, here’s a little about me and why I’m a great leader:

I’m super creative. As previously stated, some of you are bound to have seen my ideas for an “administrative tool” designed for developers, or odd feature requests regarding moderation, trying to detect what platform you’re running on, etc. I like to think of a possible scenero, and create a solution. In the end, I suprised myself with unqiue and interesting results.

I love to solve problems. When a problem comes up, I analyze every detail until I can solve it. Whether it be a design flaw, a weird Lua error, or my testing servers not wanting to cooperate. If there’s a problem, I will do my best to solve it.

I think from another prospective. When it comes to team matters, I do my best to take everyone into consideration. Each and everyone of my staff are part of the community, not a factory line.

Keeping things organized. I love organization. Sometimes a little too much. However, I keep everything nice and neat, and try to keep in perfect sync.
All in all, I have what it takes to go to another level. Now, I’m looking for a dedicated team to push even further! ;D
Positions and Roles
Alright, with introductions out of the way, lets talk roles. Dreambox Studios is a big initiative for me, and all of our new members. We’re a small group with a big dream! With big dreams, we need a creative force capable of showing the world what we can do.
Currently, the following positions are opened (review Application form for more up to date information)
- ROBLOX Team: Responsible for creating and developing Applications for the ROBLOX Platform. (2 positions available)
- Web Services Team: Responsible for creating and developing Cloud Applications for the Studio and its Projects (3 positions open)
- Planning and Organization Team: Plans and organizes the tasks and schedules of the ROBLOX and Web Services Teams. Works closely with the CEO (1 position open)
- Social Media Team: Responsible for posting announcements, providing support and answering questions, and staying active with our social media outlets. (1 position open)
Once your application is accepted, we’ll review the Team you’re interested in joining and assign your specific role + schedule. Our schedules are very flexible, and we will make sure to plan around your life conditions as best as possible.
Payment
The payment process is simple. Each employee will receive 20% of the cuts from the Group Payouts feature. The rest will go toward the group itself. Additionally, I’ve been investing around $100 of Robux every two weeks to help us get our feet off the ground. You’ll receive a portion of this as well.

The Project
The team as of this moment has discussed several ideas. However, we want everyone who will possibly join the team to have an opinion before we’re set in stone. Once we’ve filled all of our positions, we’ll have a meeting and have a discussion of what our first project will be.
