Updating places created with CreatePlaceAsync()

Continuing the discussion from Push Updates to places created with :CreatePlaceAsync():

I have a similar problem as in this thread, most of my game relies on the CreatePlaceAsync API and therefore I will need to push many updates to places created this way.

The only solution I can think of is to save a modulescript as a package which includes references to any packages I’ve updated, and when the game starts it uses this modulescript to retrieve the new packages and replace the old versions, but this seems like a messy and slow solution to me. Is there any better way of doing this or am I just going to hope that roblox supports packages with CreatePlaceAsync sometime soon?
