Uploaded Decals show up as static white images even if the Decal itself is approved

Sometimes, whenever I upload an image to roblox as a decal, after Roblox approves the image (which you can tell by checking the Image ID of the Decal) the Decal ID shows up as a blank white image while the Image ID displays the correct image.

The problem with this is if you try to use the image in-experience, the Decal ID is the only properly useable ID. Attempting to load the Image ID will only allow you to see it and not others due to privacy restrictions. Even if you distribute the decal on the Creator Store, it’ll still render as white in-experiences, when in theory, that allows any experience to use the decal permissions free.

Expected behavior

I expect that when a Decal has passed moderation (and also has been distributed in the Creator Store for use in other experiences) that the Decal properly loads when inserted.

I can confirm it happens to most decals uploaded recently. Including mine and others’ new/recently uploaded decals found on the creator store. My workaround is to go use the image id instead. e.g. going to the images tab in creator hub and copying the image id from there, or copying image id from the decal.

The issue appears to occur on every other image you upload. Every time I get a white image, I just archive it and reupload again and then it works, telling me this is unintended behavior.
