Uploading UGC Issue

Hi all! My gf made this Doll Dress in Blender as ugc (front accessories) and has some issues, questions below:

this is how it looked in studio on my avatar.. (it was already an accessory)

But when i uploaded it and paid 750 robux this is how it looked on my avatar in the viewport,

Does someone know what I did wrong or has a fix for this?

Was the mesh too small when you uploaded it in, and you resized it to fit the rig in Studio?

If you go back in game how does it look? Normal or that:

I’m also going through the same thing I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix this BUT this is so cute does she have more items like this? I would love to buy this :blush:

you can’t resize the dress in roblox studio. you have to import it at the size you are going to upload it in.
