[URGENT] Accidental Delayed Robux Adjustment made after Refund was approved and given out

Hello so I’m dealing with a very bad series of unfortunate events to say the least and ill provide everything in a summary explaining how I even got here.

So a quick summary of everything would be I got Hacked, Robbed via purchase of Robux - Hackers sent Robux to a bunch of different accounts - Set up to be banned/ was temp banned - Got help from support - Got my account back - Made Refund Request - Got the Refund but was Auto Banned - Got help from support and got my account back - thought everything was over and done for but nowww Roblox has given me back the Robux that was spread out during the scam after I was already Refunded the money. I never intended for this to happen can someone please help as i was already satisfied with my refund. This was a genuine mistake and im asking for an admin or someone to please remove/drain the Robux off of my account.

So on March 5th my account was victim to an intruder compromise and during the incident the Hacker Spent around 450$ worth of robux on my account and then proceeded to spread the robux to multiple accounts, and upload obscene images to creator hub in an attempt to get me permanently banned in for a time they did - So I made a Report and got my account unbanned and asked about getting a refund for the unauthorized charges -

In the very first report I made I asked about how to get a refund but either the auto moderation or the team member didn’t understand me and told me to upload images of “Items Lost on the account” - slight context - I very nervous about the situation and not yet having gathered enough evidence I sent an uploaded screen shot of all the accounts that participated in the scam and how much Robux each person received during the “compromised time” but didn’t provide bank statements in this initial email as this was my first time doing anything like this, But after a few days I heard no word back from support like at all and at first when this all happened the same day March 5th so i had solid back and forth contact and then it went like super dead -

So after a few days of no word back I then went and made a Refund Request for the money that was stolen as for one I was not sure if my Support Ticket was closed or not and 2 I didn’t want that much robux and I had bills that were important and I needed to pay for so I Made a refund request. After getting a refund - my account was auto moderated and banned again in which I reached out to support and after a while was given a 1 time courtesy unban regarding the issue as I was the victim and was told to secure my account and to agree to terms of service And everything was perfect I got my account back and the refund was made and I was completely and utterly satisfied. I was happy and thought the worst was past me.

2 days ago on April 6th like late at night I was playing a game and I wanted to buy a game pass - and that’s when I noticed that I had almost 60k Robux 57,508 to be exact and I have screen shots to show it in my account again - confused and in a panic I doubled checked where I was logged in and was even more confused because I have 0 payment methods on my account - looking over the transactions history on my page its showed that Roblox Adjusted the Robux that was purchased and spread across too other accounts Back to my account. I double checked my emails and saw that the very first support ticket that I made regarding the issue was finally replied back too after 1 whole month essentially way after I had already discussed with billing and appeals regarding the issue and my account.

I sent a reply back to them the next day in the morning when I had realized the error but I have yet to hear anything back again and im worried its gonna take another month before I get another reply and this is hindering my ability to make purchases on the marketplace due to the robux on the account essentially being not mine and I cannot purchase anything with it and I just want you guys to take it away if need be as this was a complete misunderstanding and a mistake that i just want corrected so i can go back to enjoying Roblox like a normal everyday player again. I have not spent, used or traded any of the Robux on my account so that way Roblox can retract the robux that is there, Like ive stated before I was already given a refund and my account restored thus my initial issues were already solved, this was a overcorrection that im attempting to get fixed/removed.

Now im not sure what happened over on Roblox Side if it was a Auto Adjustment or if someone on the support team made the adjustment manually but Im here asking for you guys to please remove the robux from my account as I already got my refund and do not want to be looked at like Im trying to pull one over this is not what I wanted to happen my issue was solved and then outta know here this shows up making me look really bad - I would make a support ticket regarding billing but I was told any more tickets regarding billing would result in the account getting permanently deleted. and there’s no real support option regarding this issue at all so.

Expected behavior

I just expect and want the Robux Removed from my account and I urgently please ask that absolutely No moderation action taken against me as I have not spent any of the robux that was given to me on anything since the time it was accidentally put back onto my account and I’m trying to get the improper adjustment fixed as soon as possible and I just want to go back to being a normal player whose learning to develop on the platform. I’m trying to be as responsible about this entire situation as I can so please All I expect is the robux removed, support ticket closed down and no moderation action taken against me for self reporting an accident that was made on my account.

if i understand this correctly you got hacked a few times and robux was spent from your account and when you contacted roblox support to get the robux back they added more robux than the amount that was supposed to be in your account so youre complaining brother just move on and enjoy the extra robux :face_with_bags_under_eyes::sob::sob:

I wouldn’t be afraid of moderation action, as this was an error on Roblox’s part not yours. You haven’t broken any rules and have evidence of trying to rectify this issue.

kindaaaaaa I got hacked 1 time the rest is pretty much what happened but like I already got refunded for the robux that was being added so now it looks like i got 2 refunds essentially and normally yeah I would just call it but considering the circumstances yeah :confused: I just dont want anything weird to happen as I got banned for asking for a refund :sob: so at this point idk what to do or think just playing it safe
