“There is no email available on YOUR account”. There was before the hacker compromised it. I have sent proof that my email was linked to my account. I have sent basically every proof but billing to prove I own the account
Roblox Support knows it’s my account but still refusing to link my email to my compromised account. They say the only way to verify my ownership is through email.
I am literally messaging them with the verified email and only email ever linked to my account “Justjessica4”.
Sorry, I didn’t have a billing email linked to the account. I was hoping that someone could help me. Feel free to DM me.
Please Help. I did click a link. I am a victim of phishing. I am sorry for being foolish. All help appreciated
Under GDPR Article 15 and Article 17 regarding a Roblox account that has been compromised. I am the original account owner and still have full access to the original email address used to create the account.
GDPR Article 16 — Right to Rectification**
This article gives individuals the right to:
Have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay.
Have incomplete data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement.
If a company holds incorrect or outdated information about you, you can request that they fix or update it. They must do so promptly.
I am requesting assistance in recovering my account and verifying ownership through my original registration details and email. They should consider my proof of ownership and grant the right to access and and reconsider the account recovery request under GDPR.
Details:
• Username: justjessica4
• Original Email Used on Account: N****@outlook.com
• Description of Issue: My Roblox account has been compromised. The password and recovery information were changed without my consent. I would like an immediate review and restoration of ownership.
Under GDPR, I did request confirmation of whether my personal data is being processed, access to that data.
This! Normally, changing the password/email sends you an email. If you send them a screenshot of the email you got showing a password/email change, that should be proof to claim ownership of it. Right?
Well, the email notification ROBLOX sends includes a link to change back the email/password so he should click on it to hopefully regain access to his account.
yes, unfortunately the hacker removed the email but didn’t add their one. I did get a notification of them changing my birthdate and a different location logged into my account.
Roblox knows I am from the UK when the hacker isn’t
They say the original information is still valuable for verification process yet don’t use the only email ever linked to the account as proof of ownership.
Sadly I doubt they would be able to help you on here outside of direct messaging a Roblox Staff member due to privacy concerns since this is a public thread.
