Hi! So our studio recently acquired this game: How High Can You Leap In A Single Jump? - Roblox
We signed a contract and everything, and the owners ‘holderhmza’ and ‘kuunzh’ are supposed to paid out from my verified group Awesome Fun Studios.
This deal is worth multiple 5 figures USD.
I’ve done numerous payments with this group and read up on it online, and it has always taken 2-3 days to pend a user for a verified group.
However, it’s been 9 days already since holderhmza and kuunzh joined the group, and they’re still not eligible. This is insane because every other of hundreds of payments to commissions, gfx artists, or anyone in general from this group has been within 3 days.
They’re getting very impatient as everyone was expecting it to take the standard time of 2-3 days for them to be eligible, understandably.
But it’s not within our control, I was wondering if there’s any way a staff can help with this and pend them manually?

In order for someone to be paid out via group funds, they have to be in said group for 2 weeks
As I mentioned that’s for regular groups. This one has a checkmark. It’s common knowledge within the dev community that v groups have a pending period of 3 days and thats how its always been for my group.

This issue is still happening.
i have the same issue ,and no clue what’s going on, i can payout in 3 days before.
I’ve got only 2 suggestions tbh, either way for the 14 days period (I know it’s different for verified groups but still) or contact Roblox support (probably the better idea)
