This is an issue that I’m aware many people have been a victim of. My account was falsely moderated for 20+ assets within a week or two. In one day alone, about 16 of my t-shirts, accessories, and shirts were unfairly moderated for being “discriminatory”. They were military uniforms, part of a fictional alternate history group on ROBLOX. This started after we had recently purchased the group, all of it’s assets, clothing, models, from the owner of the group after he sold it. We have proof of purchase, something I tried to offer ROBLOX appeals that this is in fact, targeted misuse of the abuse system. My account has suffered a 1 day ban, then just one asset later, a 3 day ban. I’ve never intentionally made “discriminating” assets. I’ve tried to appeal all of the assets, to no avail. This is a public post to bring awareness. The previous group owner, in my opinion, is maliciously reporting all of my assets related to the group. Ones in which were mostly my original work. His main account was banned previously. If you don’t know, he was covered on a recent video (last December) on a channel called Root Media. His accounts and groups were permanently terminated.
We purchased the group to rebrand and to bury the past that the original group was known for. We have purchase receipts and a threatening evidence screenshot. I want my previous moderations within the last 3 months pertaining to this incident, removed from my moderation history and my account unbanned.
