Im writing to formally request that this appeal case be immediately removed from automated AI/bot handling and escalated to a real human moderator for manual review.
For example, my appeal was originally submitted well within the 30-day appeal period, yet it appears that it was never properly reviewed in time. Instead, I kept receiving repeated automated responses that did not address the specific facts, explanations, and evidence I provided.
What is especially frustrating is that after some time, I finally received a response that appeared to come from a real support staff member, which gave the impression that my case was finally being reviewed fairly. However, after replying with further clarification, the ticket once again returned to the same repetitive automated AI/bot responses.
This creates serious concern that my case has been stuck in an automated reply loop, causing my timely appeal to be effectively ignored despite being submitted before the deadline.
respectfully but firmly request the following:
• Please stop processing this appeal through automated AI/bot responses
• Escalate this ticket to a real human appeals specialist
• Manually review all evidence and explanations already submitted
• Honor the fact that my appeal was filed before the 30-day deadline
• Prevent this case from being dismissed due to delays caused by automated responses
I believe it would be unfair for my right to appeal to be affected by delays caused by the automated system rather than my own actions.
