In-game Rules
[1] Roblox ToS
You must follow Roblox’s Terms of Service at all times.
[2] Unrealistic avatars
You must have an avatar that looks like a person (for example, you cannot have a green avatar.
[3] Exploiting, cheating and glitching
Any form of exploiting, cheating of glitching is strictly prohibited. This includes using bugs to your advantage.
[4] LTAP (Leaving to Avoid Punishment)
Do not leave when a moderator confronts you for a rule violation.
[5] Tool Abuse
You should not abuse your tools or use them in an unrealistic way.
[6] NITRP (No Intention to Roleplay)
You must not join the game with the sole intention to ruin the roleplay experience of others.
[7] RP Rules
- FRP (Fail Roleplay) & Unrealistic Roleplay
You must always roleplay correctly and realistically in accordance with these guidelines. Additionally, all actions must be realistic.- Safezones
You must not engage in hostile roleplay within marked safezones. This includes actions like combat, robberies, or any other criminal activity.- Unrealistic Roleplay
You must always roleplay realistically.- FearRP
You should demonstrate some fear for your life (for example, by following the orders of someone aiming a gun at you).- Metagaming
You must not use out of character information to benefit yourself (for example, using information from a stream you are watching).- RDM (Random Deathmatch)
You must not kill someone without an incentive or roleplay interaction.- VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) & Realistic Driving
You must not use a vehicle to harm, kill, or ram other players without a valid roleplay reason or prior interaction. Furthermore, you must always drive realistically and roleplay crashes as appropriate.- NLR (New Life Rule)
You must not return to a roleplay scene after you have been killed.- Cop Baiting
You must not intentionally provoke or attract police attention without a valid roleplay reason.- LTAA (Leaving to Avoid Arrest)
You must not leave to avoid being or while you are under arrest. We recommend using clipping software in case you have to appeal due to a network issue.- Peacetime & FA Cooldown
You must not kill anyone during peacetime or run from police. During firearms cooldown, you must not use any firearms.- Targeting
Targeting players, such as by repeatedly taking them hostage or attacking them, is prohibited.- Gun Crime
Gun crime is limited and you are to roleplay gun crime realistically.
[8] Situational Rules
- Hostage taking
Prior to taking a hostage, you must have an interaction lasting at least 30 seconds. Hostage situations must last no more than 20 minutes, and demands cannot exceed £15,000. Additionally, once a hostage scene begins, there is a 30 minute server-wide cooldown where hostage roleplays must not be held.- Major Crimes
Major crimes, such as hostage takings or mass incidents must be approved by staff through a support ticket or a !help call.
[9] Discrimination
You must not discriminate players based on their characteristics (i.e avatar, name).
Appeals
You can appeal a ban or a warning by opening a ticket in our Discord server. Users that are too young to use Discord cannot appeal.
Reports
To report a user, open a ticket on our Discord server. Please ensure you record evidence as we cannot take any action without - for this reason, we recommended the use of clipping software such as Medal or OBS.

A: Join the relevant group above and the service’s communications server - you can apply there.
Q: How can I report someone?
A: To report someone, join our communications server which is linked in the main ‘Union Studios’ group. Open a ‘User Report’ ticket to report a player or a ‘Management Support’ ticket to report a staff member.
Q: How do I become a moderator?
A: When we release applications to join our team, they will be announce on our Discord server.
