Promotion:
If you want to get promoted, participate in events, trainings, and tryouts. Attending events, training, and tryouts is the easiest way to get a rank instead of asking for a rank from high-ranking members.
The training is hosted by the TRADOCs in the base.
Wait for 4-28 hours to receive your rank. Rank doesn’t matter, and you can’t command people unless you’re an MR/HR.

Demotion:
This only happens if you break a rule. If you do not want to be demoted, do not break the rules. Only HRs can only demote members.
What do demotion means?
Demotion is the definition of losing a rank. If a high-ranking member see you broke a rule, you will get demoted immediately
