User Creations Tab Not Displaying Games on Profiles

When visiting any user’s profile on the Roblox website and clicking on the “Creations” tab, no games are displayed, even when the user has public games. This happens across multiple profiles and seems to be affecting all users, not just a specific one.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to any user’s Roblox profile (e.g., https://www.roblox.com/users/1/profile)
2. Click on the “Creations” tab.
3. Observe that no games appear, even though the user has games published.

This issue is consistent across different accounts and browsers.

Expected behavior

When clicking on the Creations tab on a user’s profile, I expect to see a list of their published games (places) if they have any visible. This used to work previously.

The also issue occurs on the iOS app running on an iPhone 13.

for me, there isn’t a creations tab at all!

Sorry for the bump- although this is still occurring, games any user has favorited seem to be gone too (including my profile)

The creations tab shows literally nothing for me, even when uBo is disabled.
Not only should I have games visible here, but I also have models + clothing that would otherwise be displayed here (or at least models, it looks like clothing is now displayed under “Store” on the About tab)

I can also vouch for favorites no longer appearing on the users profile either, I can’t find them anywhere at least on mine.

bump, I made a report before I saw this one but this is happening to me still as well and many others I spoke to.

Hi everyone! Thank you for the report and sorry for the inconvenience. We had some issues earlier on with this and made some changes to prevent the entire profile from failing. This will be fixed first thing tomorrow and I’ll give an update when it’s ready!
