A user is not happy with a gamepass even though it works fine, and is demanding a refund. The thing is, I paid my staff and didn’t have enough in the group to refund them. Now what?

how do you know they are dissatisfied, what if they are just trying to get a free gamepass?
If the gamepass is what it is then they can’t demand a refund as they have bought it knowing what it was. If they do report you they won’t achieve anything if the gamepass works fine. They are most likely trying to get a free gamepass.
