Using Bones In Meshes

Hey!

hello builders and blender render mans. i wanted to ask a question on how to set up roblox bones. i did tried once and found out that they are just attachments. so do i like use them as attachments with motor6ds or something else? also please help me setting up a custom character with them.

Do everything in blender. Create the mesh and the armature there (you’re going to do your animations in blender anyway). Then export as an FBX and import to Roblox by selecting Plugins->Avatar Importer->Custom. If the rig comes in huge to Roblox, go back and scale it on Blender and re-export. There used to be a problem with scaling the armature in Roblox but they are constantly doing bug fixes on those plugins and they have gotten better.
