1. Roblox Terms of Use & Community Standards
You are expected to follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards at all times, whether it be in game or elsewhere on the platform.
2. Exploiting
Exploiting is strictly forbidden and can lead into Permanent Ban, with or without warning.

This includes third-party programs that include Lua injectors, executors, and macros. Third-party applications not yet present in-game but intended to provide you an advantage over other players will be considered exploits. Anything damaging or hurting the server infrastructure can be regarded as an exploit.

Macros to keep you from being AFK-kicked will result in a several days ban.

EXCEPTION: Use of FPS unlockers or auto-clickers does not warrant a gameban.

Autoclickers are not against the rules unless used as a way to bypass Roblox Anti-AFK. Moderators are allowed to temp-ban AFK-ing players (several days) who are attempting to stay longer than designed while AFK.

However, using an auto-clicker to spam tools in an attempt to annoy other players can be removed from the game. This would fall under the harassment.

Getting caught exploiting, moderators can run just about any command on your client.
Be warned. -
Appealing an exploit ban is difficult and rare to go through. Please remember, if you do appeal, be aware that we have evidence for exploit bans and can dispute most claims of “I wasn’t exploiting so unban me”.
3. Inappropriate Contents & Behavior

Members are requested to be respectful with other players, hurtful and disrespectful comments will lead to an in-game mute, and report abuses being sent to Roblox to be dealt with by Roblox moderation. Repeat offenders may be banned.

Please keep the chat free of unwelcomed spam, this includes scams and advertisements. You can be muted if repeatedly warned.

Misbehaving can reach several days depending on how offensive to a player or staff.
Contents that aren't allowed

Disrespectful. This will lead to warn. Repeating will be banned.

Racist, discriminating, and offensive content are strictly prohibited in the in-game Roblox voice chat. If you are caught breaking this rule you will be game banned and a report to Roblox will be made.

Threatening someone. This will lead to warn. Repeating will be banned.
Inappropriate Contents

Inappropriate Content & Behavior is strictly forbidden.

Spamming WS-WS.

Filter Bypass. Using or creating bypassed audios (just to annoy), names, chat messages, or outfits.
4. Impersonation
- Impersonating a Player or Staffs can lead to warn, You must change it. If not complying or refusing, it will lead up to Permanent Ban.
5. NSD
NSD or “Neutral Security Division” is the only security group in V3R’s Neutra Lore-based games. They handle patrols, divisions, security, and following their handbook at all times while on-duty.

NSD Personnels are deployed to secure all the facility owned by Neutral Development & its subgroups. Make sure you should follow their instructions.

If the personnel do something wrong, please report it in Our Communication Server or find a way to DM HR.

No other security groups except NSD are authorized or allowed.
6. Weapon & Combat Rules
- Self-defense is allowed unless you’re being warned by NSD, do not resist.

If you’re going to the villain arc, but please follow the rules and play along with the lore responsibly.
(side note: we don’t have nsd vs ??? lol)
- Repeatedly killing a non-hostile target is not allowed.
- No attacking or RK/MRK in STS areas before or after events.
- Spawnkilling is forbidden.

NOTICE & ADDITIONALS

If something is not listed here, it does not mean it is necessarily allowed. Staffs have the final say in situations.

Major bans are mostly several days, while minor bans are less than 3 days. Depends on Staffs observation and other witnesses.

Neutra Lore Games has subgroups like Neutral Security Division.
The subgroups have seperate handbooks, they are must to follow it. -
This document is always in work in progress, because some parts that aren’t there, must be needed to written down. Please suggest or correct a rule on our communication server.
