  1. Vandailia shall allow citizens the right to purchase and use firearms.
  2. Citizens with a previous record of serious laws may not be permitted to purchase or use a firearm.
  3. Firearms may only be used for self-defense.
  4. If a firearm is used to attack or hurt anyone, or used in any way that breaks Vandailia laws, the user will be revoked of the right to purchase and use firearms.
  5. The user may also face more severe punishments based on the situation which will be decided by Government Officials.
  6. This bill must be enacted before April 1, 2019.
