About Us
Vantá is a cafe experience on ROBLOX, offering a place to hang out or to enjoy our wide range of snacks and drinks! Our goal is to create the most enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable experience for all our guests. Whether you’re a customer or looking to start working at our establishment, we will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!
Community Guidelines
This section covers our community guidelines. These are in place to keep Vantá a safe place for all. If these guidelines are broken, the appropriate actions will be taken against the individual.
- Be respectful to all community members and staff.
- No harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Keep conversations appropriate and avoid NSFW content.
- Do not share personal or private information.
- Staff decisions should be respected at all times and not leaked publicly.
- Have fun, stay positive, and help create a welcoming community!

🍍Low Ranks
Premium Customer
The first role in our group, given directly after joining the group.Noted Customer
Reserved for those who made significant contributions to Vantá.Junior Barista
The first staff rank, given after completing a quiz through the application center.Barista
The second staff rank, given after getting 25 points at the cafe. Those who have obtained this rank are now experienced in their position and have developed a solid understanding of how the cafe operates.Senior Barista
The third staff rank, given after getting 50 points at the cafe. Those with this rank can be recommended for Intern through recognition by the Human Resources department.
🌺 Management Ranks
Intern
The entry role into the Management Team and will be put under training to become an official Management Team member.Staff Assistant
The first management rank, responsible for attending shifts, supervising the cafe, and completing other management duties.Supervisor
The second management rank, responsible for hosting and attending shifts whilst also supervising the cafe, along with other management duties.Assistant Manager
The third management rank that has similar responsibilities as supervisors and is held by those who are experienced in their position.Coordinator
The final management rank that has similar responsibilities to Assistant Managers and has shown a strong work ethic and dedication to Vantá, and they can also aspire to join either our Public Relations or Human Resources departments to prepare them for a transition to a High Rank.
💼 Corporate Ranks
Junior Corporate
The first corporate rank, held by those who have been assigned to either the Public Relations or Human Resources department. They are entrusted with completing department tasks, along with other corporate responsibilities.Senior Corporate
The second corporate rank, which is given to those who have shown constant dedication and work ethic within their departments. They are trusted with more senior responsibilities within their departments.Assistant Director
The third corporate rank, held by those who are assigned as the Co-Leads of their departments. They work closely with the Leads to ensure the smooth running of their department.Board of Directors
The fourth corporate rank, held by those who are assigned as the Leads of their departments. They are responsible for ensuring their department operates effectively, whilst also guiding their department members.Corporate Director
The final high rank, held by those who oversee the operations of their departments.

Vice Presidents
The first presidential rank, they oversee the operations of both departments and ensure the smooth running of operations.President
The second presidential rank, overseeing the entire operations of the group and ensuring they run smoothly. This is the final obtainable rank.

Alliance Information
This section will cover the requirements that need to be met to establish an alliance with Vantá. Please read over carefully before proceeding forward with the alliance process.
To establish an alliance with Vantá, your group will need to meet the following:
- Atleast 300+ group members.
- Atleast 150+ server members.
- Your group has a good reputation.
- Your group remains active.
- Your group does not sell MR+ ranks.
- Your group has a similar theme to ours. For example, a bakery, hotel, restaurant, homestore.
If you believe your group meets these requirements, please open a Public Relations ticket within our server and complete the format below. A member from our PR department will guide you accordingly after you have submitted the application.
- Please provide the ROBLOX usernames and Discord usernames of your representatives.
- Please provide the Roblox and Discord links of your establishment.
- What is the name and theme of your organization? (Bakery, Hospital, Etc+)
- Please provide a brief description of the group and its operations.
- Why are you allying with Vantá, and how would an alliance benefit both groups?
If you would like to apply for an exception, please inform the member who is dealing with your ticket.
MR Promotion Guide
This section will cover how a Senior Barista can achieve Intern. Currently, they can either obtain Staff Assistant through being recommended by the Human Resources department or applying when Intern Applications are released and having their application accepted.
To be recognised by the Human Resources Department, there are a couple of things you can do to boost your chances of getting recognized, these being:
- Being a member of our Discord server.
- Remaining active in game and in the server.
- Attending shifts regularly.
- Remaining professional & using grammar.
