For over a year now my camera input had disappeared from settings and failed to work in-game which was not issue for me since I never really used that feature. However a few weeks ago VC had disappeared from both settings and the icon is no longer visible in-game. I have joined VC only games and the icon isn’t showing.
My account has a verified phone and email.

This issue is only affecting my PC in-game wise, I tried playing Neighbors on my phone and the VC icon was displaying in-game but on the mobile app the setting was not there. I have tried everything from reinstalling the player, adding and removing my phone number, etc. Nothing is working and I would like for it to be fixed. Other users within my region and age range are able to use VC but I am unable to. Any ideas why?
I have attempted to make a ticket about the issue but I was only able to speak to an AI agent which did not make a ticket and closed my conversation when I asked it to open a ticket.
Expected behavior
I expect VC & Camera to be visible within settings and in-game.
