I have sort of a far fetched theory for this, but it started when I discovered I was getting double charged for premium so I requested a refund through Roblox support.
After this, I received an email saying that used robux may be taken back from the account;
My last purchase using robux before I recieved this reply was for the vegetable hat (I have 6), so what I think happened is that they “refunded” that sale and gave the robux back to themselves rather than the original seller and that somehow broke the item? Otherwise I have no clue why this would be deleted unless it was AI moderation. If this is the case it can lead to a lot of trouble for many other limited items on the catalog and should not happen again.
To further legitimize this, my premium was removed a few hours ago and I am unable to to get it back even after I pay.
