You can also work as a Pizza Crafter and help our customers build their meals and overall have an enjoyable experience. Community Guidelines
At Veli Pizza Company, we strive to maintain a welcoming environment for everyone. Our team upholds these standards and will not tolerate bad actors in our community. While the guidelines below are not exhaustive, they give a general overview of what we expect from our community.
- Respect towards one another is required. We will not tolerate any sort of disrespect, hatred, racism, or anything of the kind towards any member of our community.
- Behave appropriately and maturely. We strive to maintain a friendly and SFW community, so please be mindful of your words and actions.
- Do not advertise your community within ours, this is not the place to do so. If you have a legitimate partnership inquiry, you must contact a member of the Relations Department.
- Your attire when inside our game is required to be appropriate and should not be excessively large. You will be subject to consequences if we determine that your attire does not meet our expectations.
- We do not tolerate any sort of cheating or exploiting, doing so would result in a permanent ban of your account as well as additional moderation actions enforced by Roblox.
- Disruptive conduct or ruining gameplay for others will not be tolerated.
- Overall, use common sense and conduct yourself in a presentable manner. While we are generally lenient when it comes to behavior at our facilities, we still abde by the Roblox Guidelines and these ones as well.

Joining our Team
We are always looking for new individuals to help us craft pizzas! You can read below for more information on how to join our team and move up through our rank hierarchy.
Application Process
Before you gain access to the kitchen, you must visit our Application Center and pass a quick set of questions. Once you pass, you’ll be ranked as Trainee and will gain access to the kitchen.
Point Promotion Process
Once you’re a Trainee, your task will be to fulfill kitchen orders, take orders from NPCs, take orders from customers, and keep the restaurant clean. For each task you complete, you will earn a point. Once you earn enough points, you’ll need to be noticed by a Management Assistant+ to be promoted. The best way to be noticed is by joining shifts throughout the day. To see whether you have enough points, you can view the table below.

Experienced Pizza Crafter Gamepass
If you want to skip having to earn points, you can purchase our Experienced Pizza Crafter gamepass. Please note you must be in the group to be ranked, and you’ll need to state /claimrank in-game to obtain the rank, which will take 24 hours to process. Purchasing this gamepass does not make your chance at being recruited as an MR any higher or lower.
Recruitment Process
Our Staff Management team is always looking for hard-working individuals to have join our MR Team! Below you can find our requirements to be noticed, as well as what our recruitment process entails.
Requirements
- You must be an Experienced Pizza Crafter
- You must be 13+ and verified in our Discord Server
- You must demonstrate hard work and continue to take orders, help the kitchen, serve NPCs, and keep the restaurant clean
- Aim for 30 minutes a day, but don’t burn yourself out
- Make sure you have a good reputation within the industry and our group
- Be sure to have 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on both Discord and Roblox
Recruiting Process
- After you’ve reached more than 1 week of hard work as an Experienced Pizza Crafter, you will need to continue working and putting in effort to show your interest in the position.
- Once you’ve been noticed, you’ll be put on our watchlist. A member of Staff Management member will reach out to you once this process begins.
- During this period, you’re expected to maintain 20-30 minutes of activity daily, joining shifts will improve your chances.
- When the Staff Management team believes you’re ready to proceed with the next steps in the process, you will be contacted by our department.
- If you pass the next steps within the process, you’ll officially be onboarded onto our team as a Management Assistant!
- In the event that you fail the next steps, you’ll be eligible to retry in 2 weeks by continuing to demonstrate hard work. We love to see your effort in joining our team!
Applications/Resumes
On occasion, the Staff Management team will release a fast-hiring resume or resumes process in our Discord server. This is the perfect opportunity to show off your talent and have the opportunity to join our team!
Affiliation Requests
The Relations Department is always looking for amazing communities to form affiliations with! If you’re interested in forming a partnership with our company, please review the information below.
Requirements
You must meet the requirements below to be considered. If you are interested in obtaining an exemption from one of these requirements, please inform a member of the Relations team.
- Your Roblox Group must have a minimum of 200 Non-Botted Group Members.
- Your Discord Server must have a minimum of 100 Non-Botted members.
- Your community must be generally active.
- Your group must be reputable in the industry.
- Your group cannot depict a real-life brand. Groups similar to them may be eligible, contact Relations to confirm.
- You must be able to provide a minimum 2 representatives from your Relations/Communications team to represent your group and post our announcements.
Application Process
To proceed in the application process, please join our Discord server and open a “Relations Support” ticket. A member of the Relations team will forward you the application and guide you through the next steps in forming an affiliation.
Moderation Appeals
The Relations team allows individuals who’ve broken our rules to have a second chance by submitting an appeal request. Please read the information listed below for the punishment which you’re looking to appeal.
Discord Ban
Your ban must ben in effect for 5 consecutive days to be eligible for an appeal. Please contact a member of the Relations Department to file an appeal and discuss the action further.
Permanent Ban In-Game
Your ban must be in effect for 5 consecutive days to be eligible for an appeal, unless you believe your ban was unjustified. Please contact a member of the Relations Department to file an appeal and discuss the action further.
LR Blacklist
There is no limit for how long your ban must be in place to submit an appeal. Please contact a member of the Relations Department to file an appeal and discuss the action further.
MR Blacklist
There is no limit for how long your ban must be in place to submit an appeal. Please contact a member of the Staff Management Department to file an appeal and discuss the action further. Please note that while this punishment would stay on your Staff Management record and will affect your chances at being recruited in the future, it does not completely eliminate the chance and will take additional time to ensure you’ve learned from your mistake and are willing to put in effort towards your position.
