So I’m trying to make velocity in a part to make “currents” in my water blocks. This type of velocity moves the player’s body when they touch the block.
For the water part, CanCollide is turned off.
So I turned up the AssemblyLinearVelocity and I found out that the velocity only works when CanCollide is turned on.
When I turn it off, it all goes away.
Is there any way to make velocity effects for parts that have CanCollide turned off?
I don’t know much about programming, but that requires a script, because if you want to generate currents, you could put a part to appear with collide then the collide disabled, and another and so you could generate functional currents.
I don’t think you understand what I’m trying to say. I’m trying to put velocity in a part that has cancollide off. This will replicate “currents” in the water. I’m making this on a waterfall to make it seem like the water is flowing and pushing the player down by putting velocity on a part.
