Velocity Perpendicular does not rotate with parent attachment.

When using a particle emitter that has its orientation value set to “VelocityPerpendicular”, it fails to update with the parent attachment.

Expected behavior

I expect the particle to match the orientation of the parent attachment.

Here is a place file! The emitter with the bug is under the attachment called EFFECT. Whenever rotating the attachment, the emitter does not update with the rotation.

Hello! Just checking in, has there been any further progress on this?

It seems to be working fine with shift lock, however the removal of shift lock causes the emitter to not follow rotations.

In both cases, shift lock and not shift lock, the attachments are in the exact same position and orientation. The only difference is the state of being in shift lock.
