I would like to report an issue regarding the Roblox Verified Badge eligibility for group owners/holders.
This is now the second group I am involved with that has received the Verified Badge, but once again, my main account did not receive the badge while some of my alternate accounts that are holders of the same group did.
What makes this confusing is that my main account appears to meet the payout requirement associated with the group. The requirement states that eligible users should receive at least 10% of the group’s automatic recurring payouts, and my main account actually receives 50% of the automatic payouts in both groups.
Despite meeting this requirement, my main account has still not received the Verified Badge, even after waiting for several months.
Meanwhile, alternate accounts associated with these groups have already received the badge.
This has now happened with two separate verified groups, which makes me believe there may be an issue with how my main account is being evaluated for badge eligibility.
Could someone from Roblox please investigate whether there is an eligibility or processing issue affecting my main account?
I added the links of main account and my verified groups at private content for staff.
