I tried to verify my age in the settings many times, but I ran into the fact that when I pressed the button, the verification window began to load endlessly, every time. Once I waited for about an hour and it still did not load.

Sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. It’s not widespread, so we could use some help identifying what unique factors are causing this for you. Where are you accessing the settings page from? Is this on Desktop, a web browser, mobile, etc? Exactly what button are you clicking? Do you have any popup blockers? Any details about your scenario you can provide would be helpful in diagnosing this.

I’m accesing it from PC, on website. I was clicking “Verify My Age” button in Account Info, settings. Didn’t have any popups, however, I discovered now that the window opens if you click the button in app. But I still think that for many who use the website this may be a problem.
