Hello, I have an issue where when I launch a game it give me a sort of security overlay with saying “Verifying you are not a bot”. It tries to load a page (here in french) of a captcha like roblox does when you try to connect. The problem is 99% of the time the captcha won’t load at all and the 1% time it load the window is so small it’s making me feel like I’m a bot because I keep failing the test.

I’ve seen another post but it does not provide a solution.

I usually launch games via the website, I tried via the app with same result, I reinstalled the app and same result.

Update :
I managed to complete the veryfing as you can zoom on the little window.

suceeding does not make you join the game as there is an HTTP error.

Restarting the game after that give you the captcha form again

Little update :
I no longer have the security check but I’m not able to connect to roblox’s server anymore. If it continue and I’m no longer able to play the game I’m just going to close my games and move on.
