Code of Conduct

Introduction

Our Code of Conduct provides all the necessary information on how to be a rule-abiding community member, if anything is unclear or you have any questions, you may contact an Executive Assistant+ with your inquiry.

Consequences

Any player who does not follow our Code of Conduct will receive a consequence depending on the severity of the offense. However, depending on the offense we provide warnings and reminders. But if you’re caught breaking the same rules or continuing the offense you will be given a consequence.

All of our rules apply to our communications server and any of our group games or events. There are no expectations.

Rules & Guidelines

  • As we are a part of the Roblox platform, we highly enforce the Roblox Community Rules regarding any of our games, these rules must be followed at all times, or proper punishment will be taken against you.

Exploiting

  • We do not tolerate any sort of exploiting in any of our Roblox games, if caught exploiting you will be permanently banned from all Verista facilities.

Trolling

  • We do not tolerate any sort of trolling in any of our Roblox games, if caught trolling you will be given the proper consequences depending on the offense. If trolling is continued after being warned you are subject to a ban or permanent ban, depending on the severity.

Introduction

Verista strives for a professional and active team, we are always looking for new additions to our Low-Rank team and our Executive Team, information on how to acquire both can be found below. If anything is unclear or you have any questions, you may contact an Executive Assistant+ with your inquiry.

How to become an LR

In order to become an LR here at Verista you must be in our Roblox Group, once in the group, you may apply to become the rank ‘Awaiting Training’. Essentially this rank means you are a Trainee here at Verista, you must attend a training session before you are officially able to work. Only Intermediate Baker+ are permitted to work.

How to become a Staff Intern

Staff Assistant is the first MR rank at Verista, this rank can only be achieved by applying through our communications server when applications are released which is about once a month. You can also become a Staff Assistant by, being active, dedicated, and a professional employee in our main Restaurant game. The Human Resources Department is always looking for new additions to our team, and one of the best ways to be noticed is by attending our shifts and frequent activity at the restaurant.

Promotion Information

Point System & Promotions

At Verista there are two ways you can climb the ranks as an LR. One of the most common ways is by achieving points when working at the restaurant. You can achieve points by serving customers, cleaning spills, and much more! Another way is by either buying points using Robux, or you can purchase the rank ‘Kitchen Leader’ and be promoted to the highest LR rank immediately.

How many points do you need for each rank?

  • Intermediate Barker
    First LR Rank, no points needed. You will be given this rank after passing a training session.
  • Experienced Barker
    500 Points are needed.
  • Kitchen Leader
    1,000 Points are needed.

Ranks

  • Customer
    A customer at Verista.

  • Noted Customer
    A member of our community who has made a significant impact or is recognized.

  • Business Partner
    A member of our community who is representing one of our affiliates.

  • Awaiting Training
    All trainees must attend a training session and achieve the rank ‘Intermediate Baker’ before they can begin their journey as an LR at Verista.

  • Intermediate Baker
    Intermediate Baker is the first LR rank at Verista, this rank allows you to work at the restaurant and serve customers.

  • Experienced Baker
    Experienced Baker is the second LR rank at Verista. This is essentially the same rank as Intermediate Baker, you can achieve this rank by acquiring 500 points.

  • Kitchen Leader
    Kitchen Leader is the last LR rank at Verista. Being a Master Staff allows you to be in the running for ‘Staff Assistant.’ You can now either apply if applications are open or you may work up to ‘Staff Assistant’ by showing dedication, consistent activity, and leadership qualities. You can get this rank by acquiring 1,000 points.

  • Staff Assistant
    Staff Assistant is the first MR rank at Verista. All Staff Assistants are required to complete an internship before officially becoming the rank. All Staff Assistants are learning the protocols and ways Verista works at its core. This is the beginning of the MR journey at Verista.

  • Kitchen Associate
    A Kitchen Associate at Verista is our second MR rank, this rank is noticeably more experienced than a Staff Assistant. A Kitchen Associates main job is to assist LRs and customers, overall moderate the restaurant and make sure everything is going smoothly. Kitchen Associates also are given a weekly quota that must be completed.

  • Assistant Manager
    An Assistant Manager at Verista is the last MR rank, Assistant Managers are skilled with all attributes that an MR has. Assistant Managers have more responsibility than the previous two MR ranks. Although an Assistant Manager must still supervise the Restaurant and attend trainings. They are also now tasked with Hosting training sessions at Verista.

  • Manager
    Managers are the first HR rank at Verista. Managers are tasked with the same responsibilities as an Assistant Manager but are given new responsibilities such as higher admin commands, spectating sessions, and more.

  • Executive Assistant
    An Executive Assistant is the first HR rank at Verista. Executive Assistants, although do have access and permission to do all of the previous responsibilities, they have a new responsibility that will take up most of their time. Executive Assistants are department members in one of the two departments, this will be their main focus.

  • Operations Officer
    A Operations Officer is the second HR rank at Verista, although do have access and permission to do all of the previous responsibilities, they have a new responsibility that will take up most of their time. Operation Officers are senior members of one of the two departments, this is their main responsibility and concern.

  • Executive Director
    A Executive Director is the last HR rank at Verista. They’re the co-leads of one of the two departments, Human Resources, and Public Relations. This is their main concern and responsibility at all times. All permissions are granted.

  • Developer
    A Developer at Verista is a developer and contributor to the game in any way.

  • Presidential Board
    A Presidential Board at Verista is a member of the Leadership department. They lead one of the two departments, Human Resources or Public Relations. They are able to make executive decisions and are responsible for all decisions made in their respective department.

  • Vice President
    A Vice President at Verista is a member of the Leadership department. They oversee one of the two departments, Human Resources or Public Relations. They are able to make executive decisions and are responsible for all decisions made in their respective department.

  • President
    The President at Verista is in charge of all operations and head of all decisions. They oversee all operations at Verista and are the highest personnel within the company.

Ban Appeals

Introduction

Here at Verista depending on the severity of your offense, we do allow anyone who has received a major consequence such as an in-game permanent ban or ban from our communications server to appeal their ban. If your appeal is declined, you must wait another 30 days to try again.

How to Appeal In-game Permanent Bans

In order to appeal an in-game permanent ban you may DM a member of the Human Resources Department and they will handle it from there and will thoroughly review your case, they have the right to deny your appeal for any reason at any time.

Please answer the following questions when sending a Permanent Ban Appeal.

  • What is your Roblox Username?
  • When were banned?
  • Why were you banned?
  • What have you improved on or learned after receiving a ban?

How to Appeal Blacklists

In order to Appeal a Blacklist from Verista you must DM a member of our Human Resources Department. They will handle it from there and will thoroughly review your case, they have the right to deny your Blacklist Appeal for any reason at any time.

Please answer the following questions when sending a Server Ban Appeal.

  • What is your Roblox Username?
  • Why were you Blacklisted?
  • What have you improved on or learned after receiving your Blacklist?

How to Appeal Communication Server Bans

In order to appeal a server ban you must contact a Moderator of our communications server. The moderator will handle your case from there and will thoroughly review your case, they have the right to deny your appeal for any reason at any time.

Please answer the following questions when sending a Server Ban Appeal.

  • What is your Discord username?
  • When were you banned from our server?
  • What have you improved on or learned after receiving a ban?
Affiliate Information

Introduction

As Verista is only starting up, we are not looking to establish affiliations as of right now, although we will begin to look for and form affiliations soon.
