Vertical id's still not working to verify age

I’m trying to verify my age, im 19 but it thinks im 3 years younger, I have a vertical id because my state does that for people under 21 and its stupid because the verification thing can’t see vertical ids. I saw another post talking about this and a roblox employee replied saying they were working on it and there was a temorary fix for it to scan the back of your id, but it seems that was a lie because that was a while ago and there STILL is no support for vertical ids.

is roblox still working on ts or something or is there something wrong on my end?

i play jujutsu shenanigans and the random items thing where you can’t buy them with robux unless you’re over 18 is making me go insane, it thinks im 16-17 when im actually 19 and i can’t verify my id to fix this and I REALLY don’t wanna have to wait a year or 2 to be able to get emotes with money that im getting from my job.

There’s literally nothing roblox can do.

The ID verification is done via Persona, not roblox. Roblox has zero control over what can or can’t be used. Persona is also an awful company.
