Video Captures don’t save to the Captures Gallery when taken via Captures UI or CaptureService APIs.
This only seems to not work on my PC, on my phone it does.

Expected behavior
The Video Captures should save to the Captures Gallery when taken via Captures UI, and CaptureService APIs (if user allows to save capture to gallery).
