Hello, i am struggling to upload a video thumbnail to my roblox game, Ive uploaded the video once already to my game, but the video wont show up on the game page, or on the game thumbnail previews.

Do videos just take a while to get past moderation, or am i doing something wrong?

Hi, we can help investigate this issue. We generally expect moderation to take up to 24 hours to complete.

Can you share the game that you’re trying to upload the video to?
