I uploaded a video thumbnail to my game and it is still in review after weeks when it says to only wait up to 24 hours, I even reuploaded it
Does it normally take this long or should I report this as a bug?

Hello! First, just to clarify, you are uploading a Video trailer, not a standard image thumbnail. Video moderation on Roblox goes through a completely different and much stricter pipeline.
To answer your question: No, waiting for several weeks is not normal. While the prompt says to allow up to 24 hours, videos sometimes take a couple of days. However, waiting weeks means your asset is officially “stuck” in the moderation queue. This is a known and frustrating bug with Roblox’s video upload system.
Also, I noticed in your screenshot that your monthly quota is now “0 of 3 uploads remaining”. Please do not try to re-upload it again, as it just burns through your valuable monthly quota without fixing the underlying issue.
Here is the best way to fix this:
- Go to the official Roblox Support page (
roblox.com/support). - Submit a ticket under Moderation or Asset Creation.
- Provide the exact Asset ID (122901819625129) that is visible in your screenshot.
- Explain that the video has been stuck in the “Under Review” state for weeks and request a manual review to un-stick the asset.
