I tried to upload a video thumbnail to my game but it has been under review for weeks when it should only take a maximum of a few days. The screenshot even says wait a maximum of 24 hours.

Luckily I also uploaded the video unlisted on youtube so here is the actual video content:
The footage is just me using freecam in the game so it is definitely not fake, and you can even compare it to other youtube videos on my game and everything in the video trailer can be found in the game itself

I finally got an update.
Moderation rejected it because it needs to focus on the core gameplay loop. We agree that the video is high-quality and well edited, but it needs to actually showcase gameplay clips.
We are currently working on better error messaging… We know that this current system needs work.
