Hmm well I don’t know what your financial position you’re in but… Let’s say a project you worked on suddenly got a lot of players and now earned like 15k dollars worth of Robux.

I mean… Without sponsorships or some kind of marketing most games don’t really got on the algorithm anyways but sometimes it happens.
So who knows. Maybe one of your games blows up even tho you only do it as a hobby.
If I could get 15k dollars then probably, pretty much anybody would unless they were reinvesting it into the game. DevEx needs ID stuff since its paying out money and I fully respect that. Uploading videos on the other hand I do not respect needing ID verification since nowhere else does it need that and I can just recreate “videos” using some clever scripting. We can already link YouTube videos (a platform notorious for its mehhh moderation) and even embed them on the homepage without giving either platform our ID.
Man, this upload fee is pretty rough. I planned on using multiple short, low-resolution videos in my game, but while this fee works well for uploading longer high-resolution videos, I get no leeway for uploading particularly short and particularly low resolution videos. Non-dynamic pricing!
