I also received this issue a few days ago. My 2,000 Robux was taken at upload, and I had no approval/rejection message - only the asset had the timer/reject image. I had to email appeals who approved the asset.
I believe this issue is still active. My asset ID is 78060909936976 if that helps.

My issue is solved yes and I can use the asset.
BUT I had to go through appeals who approved it manually because the asset just wasn’t being accepted after me waiting days.

We are continually trying to improve moderation speed and accuracy. Hopefully, this will not happen again.
