View analytics on individual games

Communities should be able to allow certain users to view individual games analytics.

Atm, it’s only a single role toggle, that allows everyone in that role, to see every games analytics. I want to be able to allow certain people in the group to view the games analytics

Hey @NinjoOnline, thanks for the feedback, can you explain more about what the use case is for this and why existing systems do not work for it? (e.g. why you can’t reuse an existing role or create a new role for this purpose?)

To my knowledge, there is no way to individualize who sees what. If I have a group with say more than 2 games, I have 2 different development teams working on each game. I don’t want them to see both games analytics. I want team A to see game A’s analytics, team B to see game B’s analytics.

Main reason is I want teams to be able to see important information, in particular performance and error reports, so they can work towards fixing things. Atm I’d have to manually go and grab screenshots and send them to the data manually.

Extrapolate this into much larger studios, I’m sure they don’t want someone working on a smaller project, being able to see how much larger projects within the group earn, etc. And it’s not ideal (imo) to just have 10 different communities with single games across each one

If you click into any game on Creator Hub, have you seen the “Configure > Permissions” tab? I think this might solve your use case. Let us know if not.
