Viewport camera issue

hey hello its me,
I came here just to see if you guys had a fix or any ideas for this “bug” in my viewports

as you can see looking down seems to make the viewports do the same thing breaking the illusion
I’m not 100% sure if there’s something I’m missing
(don’t mind the portal highlights being broken)

got it working in a stable state and its much better than my older portals
